Michael Tyne Writes:

I've dedicated a page on this website to my friend and editor, Heather Robinson because, if you've liked my books, she is possibly one of the chief reasons why. Heather served as proof-reader and editorial advisor on four out of my six books and has taught me an enormous amount about the bones of our craft. Moreover, almost unbelievably, she volunteered! I remain grateful to Heather, and I'm a fan of her work both on the printed page and the radio. It's a pleasure to share her work here.

Heather Robinson is a novelist and short story award winner from Wiltshire, UK.  Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree, and she spent most of her life as an Administration Manager locally.

Heather's superb historical novel, Wall Of Stone, is set against the backdrop of the Roman occupation of Northern England...

In AD121 the Twentieth Legion of Rome stands at the northern frontier of Britannia. Forgotten, neglected and dour in spirit, they must still do their duty for an Empire whose meaning is becoming lost to them. As the lives of the local Teviot family intertwine with the legion, relationships of love and bitter anguish unfurl....

A sequel is on the way!

Heather publishes both fiction and non-fiction. You can find out more about her writing at her facebook page.

Heather is also the presenter of the Radio Therapy Show on WCR-FM Community Radio Warminster. You can learn more about Radio Therapy here
